Your purchase of AddSpy software is regulated by this policy. Please read it carefully before completing your order as it delineates your rights with regard to your purchases, including essential restrictions and exclusions. By placing an order you agree that your order is governed by this policy.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase of AddSpy software, you can be eligible for a full refund according to Refund Conditions outlined below. However, we are convinced that most of refunds can be avoided if you request professional help from our Customer Support.

Subscription prolongation – non-refundable

No refund can be granted to AddSpy customers in case their reasons for a refund are completely beyond our control. They are the following: The target phone doesn’t have Internet access any longer (no money left on the target phone account, temporary service interruption, roaming-related problem etc).

If the carrier is changed by a target phone user which leads to the loss of internet connectivity and consequently improper functioning of AddSpy application.

Update of the operational system.

Resetting to the original factory settings.

A customer doesn’t follow the installation guidelines of our customer support team.

The customer does not have an access to the target phone.

If the customer didn’t receive the previous data because AddSpy had not been installed onto the target device initially.

If the target device is running on iOS, Symbian Belle, Windows Phone OS, Bada OS or any other operating system, which is not listed in Compatibility section

If the customer counted on using AddSpy on more than one target device after buying one subscription plan.

Personal reasons (“I’ve changed my mind”, “I’ve made a purchase by mistake”, etc.).

If A customer reached the limits for features on Basic, Regular or Infinite plan.

If a customer intended to monitor web activities of non-standard web browsers, besides “Internet” (Android OS) and Safari (iOS).


Please do not purchase and install our app in any device without that device user's proper consent or else you will be responsible for all negative consequences and liability arising from such use action.
